Fresh sea air DIY air freshener

Whilst we can’t take you to beautiful destinations of the Channel Islands to breath in the fresh sea air and unique flora, we thought that maybe we could bring a little slice of that simple pleasure into your home instead.

We’ve created two simple to follow DIY air freshener videos, with a scented spray and a scented candle option.

These are tried and tested, and really bring to life the aroma of Guernsey and Jersey, but you could always experiment with different essential oils if you’re missing something.

You’ll need:

100ml distilled water or 1 generous tablespoon of coconut oil
5-7 drops of each of these essential oils - Rose, Geranium, Ylang Ylang, Cedarwood
A pinch of Sea Salt
