Directions& Facilities

When you arrive at the port in St Helier please follow signs to check-in. For motorists, we advise arriving 90-120 minutes before departure and check-in will close 60 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Please leave plenty of time to arrive at the port for check-in.

For foot passengers, we advise arriving 70 minutes before departure and check-in will close 40 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Please leave plenty of time to arrive at the port for check-in.

Condor Ferries Jersey Terminal, located in St. Helier, is easily accessible and offers a range of facilities. Our services operate between Jersey and Poole, Portsmouth, Guernsey and St. Malo, Brittany. Currency

The currency in Jersey is sterling. The States of Jersey issue their own notes and coins, but all UK notes and coins are legal tender. Jersey notes and coins are not legal tender back in the UK

At Route De La Liberation roundabout take the 2nd exit onto La Route Du Port Elizabeth. Follow signs to Ferry port.

Travelling on Foot
Before you travel, we will have emailed you an e-boarding pass. Please print this off and bring it with you on the day. Or, if you plan to show it on a mobile phone or tablet, please have this ready for our port team when you arrive at the terminal, with the brightness turned up.

Travelling by Car
Please print off the e-boarding pass we will have sent you, and bring it with you on the day, placing the itinerary page (pink copy) on your dashboard. If you’re using a mobile phone or tablet to show your boarding pass, please have this ready for our Port staff when you arrive at check-in, with the brightness turned up.
