We are working hard to resolve a system outage affecting our website. This means customers cannot make or amend bookings online or though our Contact Centre.
Customers travelling today or over the weekend will be unaffected, but we remind you to arrive at the port at least 90 minutes before departure and have your booking reference/confirmation ready to provide at check-in.
We will keep this page updated with information. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Foot check-in closes 40 minutes before departure, anyone arriving at our booths after this time could find they are unable to travel on their booked crossing. Please leave sufficient time for any queues at check-in, we advise foot passengers to arrive 70 minutes before your departure. By printing your e-boarding card at home, there’s now no need to check in at our ticket offices, you can board at the security gates making the process quicker and more efficient. In Jersey, you will need to visit the baggage check-in area, if checking in luggage.
Once all booked passengers are checked in and have boarded, check-in will close and the ship can depart earlier than the scheduled departure time. Passengers who miss the check-in cut-off will not be entitled to a refund but may be able to book on the next available sailing, subject to availability and after paying the relevant fare in full.
