We believe Condor's sailings should be accessible to all and are committed to making your journey as simple and easy as possible.

If you have reduced mobility or require wheelchair access, please call us on 0345 609 1026 at the time of booking to discuss what type of assistance you may need.

The information you provide is confidential and will help us to help you. In some circumstances, there are limits on the number of passengers with reduced mobility that we are able to carry on a sailing and we will advise you of this.

If you need to be parked close to a lift or ramp, it is essential that you tell us when making your booking and again at ticket check-in. The limited spaces for wheelchair passengers close to the lifts or ramps are only allocated to passengers with a disability on a first come first served basis, at the time of booking. The loading crew will do their best to help you negotiate the busy garage and make your way to the lifts or ramps; this will be a little more tricky during peak holiday times and we will be happy to advise you of the best routes and times to travel for maximum space and comfort.

How do I login & use the onboard Wi-Fi?

How do I log in and use the onboard Wifi?

What equipment do I need to access the Wi-Fi network?
Any Wi-Fi enabled device such as a smart phone, laptop or tablet.

How do I access the Wi-Fi network?
Switch on your device and open 'Settings'

Use 'Wi-Fi' to select the network Condor_WiFi_Public
Open the internet browser and you will be redirected to the internet access portal; if not then type the following url into your browser http://login
A login/register screen will appear. Follow the instructions and enter your Wi-Fi activation and agree to the terms and conditions to continue

Do I have to register?
Yes.

Can I roam on the Condor Public Wi-Fi network?
Yes. Roaming is available on wireless network only on the main deck. 

An offshore Mobile Telephone Network, independent to Condor Ferries is also available which is not free. You will be charged by your network provider for any phone calls, messages or use of data whilst roaming on this network, these charges will be outlined by your network provider.

Can I send and receive large files?
We recommend that you limit emails and attachments as Satellite Internet connection is slower than cable broadband.
