We believe Condor's sailings should be accessible to all and are committed to making your journey as simple and easy as possible.

If you have reduced mobility or require wheelchair access, please call us on 0345 609 1026 at the time of booking to discuss what type of assistance you may need.

The information you provide is confidential and will help us to help you. In some circumstances, there are limits on the number of passengers with reduced mobility that we are able to carry on a sailing and we will advise you of this.

If you need to be parked close to a lift or ramp, it is essential that you tell us when making your booking and again at ticket check-in. The limited spaces for wheelchair passengers close to the lifts or ramps are only allocated to passengers with a disability on a first come first served basis, at the time of booking. The loading crew will do their best to help you negotiate the busy garage and make your way to the lifts or ramps; this will be a little more tricky during peak holiday times and we will be happy to advise you of the best routes and times to travel for maximum space and comfort.

You Said We Did

You SaidWe Did

At Condor Ferries, we care about what our customers have to say about our services and listen to their feedback. We want to improve our services based on our passengers’ thoughts and ideas and that’s why we’ve introduced You Said We Did. So many changes we have made have been based on customer feedback, check out some of those below!

Thanks to Adam

We’re reducing the wait for food

When Adam mentioned he didn’t want to queue for food that he’d ordered in the Horizon Lounge, we rolled out a new buzzer system. There’s no need to wait around anymore. Now, you can wait in the comfort of your upgraded seat until you’re alerted that your food is ready.

Thanks to Paula

We're reducing our plastic footprint

Paula wrote to us last summer highlighting the number of single-use plastics being used onboard. We quickly understood the importance of working to reduce the plastic we use. We’re now proud to say we’ve removed all plastic cutlery, coffee cups and lids from our ships, and we’re working to make more changes.

Thanks to Pete

More island products are now available onboard

Pete asked if it would be possible to get some Channel Islands products in our onboard duty free shops, so he could stock up and save big on his favourites as he sails home. We’re pleased to say we now sell Wheadon’s gin, Jersey black butter, black butter fudge and black butter biscuits onboard!

Thanks to Jenny

We now have a wider choice of gins onboard

Jenny emailed us to say she felt our range of onboard duty free gins was limited and that she’d like to have more choice. We’re now pleased to announce we sell no less than 20 must-have gins onboard, including Bombay Sapphire, Gordon’s, Hendrick’s, Tanqueray and Beefeater.

Thanks to Emily

We’ve added a new kid’s area

Emily told us she loved travelling with her family but found it hard to keep her kids entertained onboard. So, we’ve introduced a kids’ area, with comfortable bean bags and great cartoons and films for the little ones to enjoy while they travel. Check it out next time you take a trip with us!

Thanks to Simon

We’ve added magazines and newspapers to Club Class

Simon asked for a selection of magazines to be available in Club Class, to read on his way to and from business meetings in Guernsey. You’ll now find Dorset Life, Hampshire Life and Jersey Magazine, as well as all the day’s national newspapers.
