We are working hard to resolve a system outage affecting our website. This means customers cannot make or amend bookings online or though our Contact Centre.
Customers travelling today or over the weekend will be unaffected, but we remind you to arrive at the port at least 90 minutes before departure and have your booking reference/confirmation ready to provide at check-in.
We will keep this page updated with information. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Chad Murray, CEO of Island’s Unlimited, is presented with an engraved ship’s wheel by Brittany Ferries’ CEO, Christophe Mathieu, celebrating a collaboration to enhance connectivity between Guernsey and Jersey.
The agreement expands Island’s Unlimited sailings across the Brittany Ferries’ network in the UK, France, Spain and Ireland, supports two centre holidays and builds on a successful 2025 launch season.
It also reflects a shared commitment by both companies to reliability, collaboration and sustainable growth in inter-island tourism.
