Your personal duty-free allowance changes depending on your port of destination.

When you are bringing in goods you must: transport them yourself, use them yourself or give them away as a gift. If you go over your allowances you must declare all your goods and pay tax and duty on all the goods of the same type in that category. You cannot combine allowances with other people to bring in more than your individual allowance.

What is the duty-free price?
Duty-free means you can purchase certain items without paying extra for types of tax like import, value-added and sales tax.
What is the tax-free price?
This is the same as duty-free, as prices do not include VAT or consumption taxes.
What are the opening times for the duty-free shop?
The duty-free shop opens when we are out of the departure harbour and closes just before we enter the destination harbour.
What currencies are accepted in the duty-free shop?
The duty-free shop is contactless only.
What is a Travel Retail Exclusive?
This is a product that is sold only onboard in our Duty-Free stores and cannot be found in high street shops or online.
Returns Policy
- Excludes all confectionery items
- Excludes online-only retailers
- Product must be standard retail price
- Claims must be made within 28 days of purchase
- Must be a comparable product.
We cannot accept claims for products found on a discounted or special offer, limited time only price. For legal reasons Cigarettes, Tobacco and Cigars are excluded from the price promise.
