To reduce our plastic waste and promote a more environmentally friendly approach, we kindly encourage customers to either reuse plastic bags during their shopping visits or purchase a new bag if needed.
We are proud of the unbeatable tax and duty free prices we offer on big brands, but if you find any of our range on sale for a lower price in any UK high street store or supermarket, we'll refund the difference.
Our staff is highly knowledgeable about our duty-free offers, and we have onboard Beauty specialists ready to help you with your purchases. Explore a 360 tour of the Adore duty-free shop onboard Condor Liberation.
Duty-free means you can purchase certain items without paying extra for types of tax like import, value-added and sales tax.
This is the same as duty-free, as prices do not include VAT or consumption taxes.
The duty-free shop opens when we are out of the departure harbour and closes just before we enter the destination harbour.
The duty-free shop is contactless only.
This is a product that is sold only onboard in our Duty-Free stores and cannot be found in high street shops or online.
We cannot accept claims for products found on a discounted or special offer, limited time only price. For legal reasons Cigarettes, Tobacco and Cigars are excluded from the price promise.
Send the details and proof of purchase to: Condor Ferries Price Promise, Onboard Services, Condor House, New Harbour Road South, Hamworthy, Poole, BH15 4AJ
