All products must be in a resaleable condition i.e. unopened and undamaged if a refund is required for the wrong product purchased.
We strongly recommend you send the items in secure packaging by Royal Mail Recorded Signed For™ delivery to ensure you have proof of postage.

If you are entitled to a refund, our customer relations department will be in contact to obtain your bank details and then it will be refunded via a BACS transfer. No refund will be issued without proof of purchase.
If your product develops a fault or needs to be repaired within 12 months of purchase, Condor Ferries will return to the manufacturer on your behalf or alternatively, please contact the manufacturer direct.
