• Claims must be made within 28 days of purchase
• Must be a comparable product

The Condor Ferries Price Promise covers UK high street stores only. It does not apply to items found available with online only retailers, mail order catalogues, auction sites and market stalls.

We cannot accept claims for products found on a discounted or special offer, limited time only price.

Comparable products are those that are identical to each other. Differences include: weight, size, packaging, colour or variety.

For legal reasons Cigarettes, Tobacco and Cigars are excluded from the price promise.
