Fine dining is at the heart of Longueville Manor, but the restaurants also welcome children who are well looked after with a selection of dishes from the children's menu, and casual dining is an option. Both vegetarian and vegan menus are also available and dietary requests are readily catered for.
Executive Head Chef Andrew Baird offers fine food, celebrating the finest local produce Jersey has to offer along with the harvest from the Longueville Manor’s own Victorian kitchen garden. The restaurant has 2 rooms, The 15th-century Oak Room with historic oak panelling is perfect for an intimate dinner, whilst the Garden Room is ideal for an evening with friends and family or a business lunch. A wine list of over 600 bins complements the food.
Guests can also indulge in afternoon tea in the hotels' library, and during the summer, the pool terrace hosts alfresco dining.
The Longueville Manor Hotel is renown for its state of the art wine cellar. It is the first of its kind in the Channel Islands and one of only a handful in the UK. Boasting a collection of over 4,000 wines Champagne’s and Ports, plus some of the world’s rareist bottles.
The spa is an idyllic sanctuary offering an exceptional spa experience and takes its name from the Victorian kitchen garden. This is the leading boutique spa in Jersey and offers guests a range of luxurious spa body treatments, as well as manicures and pedicures. Treatments are fruit and herb-based, and the spa uses locally sourced and designed 'Jersey Skin' products.
The Cottage Garden has a mini gym providing guests with Life Fitness cardio equipment, along with free weights, gym balls and floor mats. Mineral water, towels and headphones are all provided.
Open from early May through to the end of September, the outdoor heated swimming pool, outdoor hot tub and alfresco terrace is a tranquil place to take a dip and relax.
Tennis courts are suitable for all weather, racquets, balls and towelling are available with refreshments served on the court upon request. The hotel also boasts its own woodland perfect for walks.
