Directions& Facilities

When you arrive at the port please follow signs to check-in. For motorists, we advise arriving 90-120 minutes before departure and check-in will close 60 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Please leave plenty of time to arrive at the port for check-in.

For foot passengers, we advise arriving 70 minutes before departure and check-in will close 40 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Please leave plenty of time to arrive at the port for check-in.

Passengers should have their date ID or passport ready to show check-in staff.

Essential Infomation

Condor Ferries Guernsey ferry port is located in St. Peter Port. It is easily accessible and offers a range of facilities. Our services operate between Guernsey and Jersey, St. Malo, Poole, Cherbourg and Portsmouth. Take a look at the Guernsey travel guide and Guernsey Ferry Times.

Currency

The currency in Guernsey is Pound Sterling. The States of Guernsey issue their own notes and coins, and although all UK notes and coins are legal tender on the Island, Guernsey notes are not accepted as legal tender in the UK

There are baby changing facilities found in the terminal to ensure your little ones are prepared for the journey

Disabled Services

The port terminal has disabled facilities to assist our passengers with any additional requirements they may have. There are both disabled toilet facilities and onsite emergency wheelchairs in the terminal building

Lost Property & Left Luggage

All lost property found across our sailing routes is held in our Guernsey office. For any enquiries regarding belongings that have been lost of left behind on one of our ships or in one of the port terminals, please email LostProperty@condorferries.co.uk or call 01481 729666

Cafeteria

There is a café at the ferry terminal, open for all departures to provide our passengers with a choice of drinks and snacks prior to their sailing

Shop

A shop is also available for our passengers to purchase a selection of both snacks and souvenirs

Cashpoint Machine

Cashpoint available in the town centre, approximately 5 minutes walk away.

Short & Long Stay Car Park

Within walking distance of the terminal, both short and long stay parking options are available. A Guernsey Parking clock is required and available to be purchased onboard our ships. The long stay car park is for 10 hours only.

Before you travel, we will have emailed you an e-boarding pass. Please print this off and bring it with you on the day. Or, if you plan to show it on a mobile phone or tablet, please have this ready for our port team when you arrive at the terminal, with the brightness turned up.

Please print off the e-boarding pass we will have sent you, and bring it with you on the day, placing the itinerary page (pink copy) on your dashboard. If you’re using a mobile phone or tablet to show your boarding pass, please have this ready for our Port staff when you arrive at check-in, with the brightness turned up.
