How to make a booking

To make a booking simply enter your sailing choices and follow the instructions. On joining you will have supplied us with an e-mail address and we will have written to you with a temporary password which you can amend the first time you log-in as a member online. If you have any difficulties please contact our Marketing Department on 01202 207207 (Open Monday-Friday 09.00 - 17.30 hours)

When do I see my discount?

The discount you are entitled to will be displayed within the ‘Details and Payment’ section of the booking. To use this simply tick the box. This amount will then be deducted from your booking. The details of your personal membership will be displayed when the ‘READ ME’ button is selected.

My discount doesn’t show up

Your membership may have expired and needs renewing, please call 0845 609 1024 or email ftc@condorferries.co.uk with your details and we’ll contact you to renew your membership.
