Add a touch of luxury to your occasion and try these lovely champagne cocktails.
60ml orange juice
120ml brut champagne
Pour the orange juice into the champagne flute and top up with brut champagne.
60ml London dry gin
1tsp caster sugar
15ml lemon juice
150ml brut champagne
Shake gin, lemon juice and sugar with cracked ice in a chilled cocktail shaker. Strain into a champagne flute half-full of cracked ice and top off with champagne.
First, pour the fizz. Next, top with Chambord to suit your taste buds. Finally, finish with the important raspberry.
