If any of the products purchased from Condor Ferries fall below the high standards you expect please return them within 28 days of purchase and we will happily refund or exchange the item, as well as reimburse postage costs*. Please ensure you include the original receipt for the returned item.
If you change your mind within 28 days of purchase, we are happy to refund or exchange the product provided it is returned, as sold, in a re-saleable condition, with all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories. However, for reasons of health and hygiene, body jewellery and personal grooming products cannot be returned for any reason other than manufacturing fault. Please ensure you include the original receipt as proof of purchase.
We strongly recommend you send the items in secure packaging by Royal Mail Recorded Signed For™ delivery to ensure you have proof of postage. Please enclose your full name/address and also state the reason why you are returning the goods.
* The cost of returning by courier will not be reimbursed. Please be aware that replacements are subject to availability. Your statutory rights are not affected.
If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund you as follows:
- If you paid by cash, we will send you a cheque.
- If you paid by payment card, we will refund you by cheque.
If your product develops a fault or needs to be repaired within 12 months of purchase, Condor Ferries will return to the manufacturer on your behalf or alternatively, please contact the manufacturer direct.
