Please note that any person or vehicle travelling for business or commercial venture, carrying commercial goods/samples will need to book via our freight teams and do not qualify for leisure fares. In addition, if the vehicle being taken is designed for the carriage of commercial goods it shall be reserved as freight regardless of its dimensions. How can I amend my booking?

We have waived all amendment fees so you will only need to pay any difference in fare should you choose a more expensive sailing.

How can I cancel my booking?

To our customers with booked travel, we recommend that you amend your booking to an alternate date. Please refer to the section above on how to amend your booking.

In view of the Coronavirus crisis, customers who would like to cancel their booking or who have had their booking cancelled are being offered to receive a 100% refund through a gift voucher.

We can issue you a gift voucher right away and we will not charge you a cancellation fee. The quickest way to do this is by using our Future Travel Voucher Form which can be found here.

Your voucher will be valid for a period of 18 months and you can redeem it any time online, at one of our ports or by calling us on 0345 609 1026.

If that is something you are not happy with, please email customer.relations@condorferries.co.uk who will review your email and let you know what action we can take based on your original booking. Please bear with us, however, as it may take some time to respond, given the current extenuating circumstances.

Please note, if a passenger fails to cancel a booking before the latest check-in time or does not embark on their booked sailing, a 100% charge of the value of that journey will be levied.

IMPORTANT: Please do not cancel your booking in ‘My Account’ yourself - we will do this on your behalf.
