Just a 20-minute car ride from St Malo port is the lovely Christmas market at the Malouinière de la Ville Ring. It’s a traditional Marché de Noël and it takes place on 25/11/18. And, a 20-minute car ride in a slightly different direction from the port will bring you to the cheerful market at Saint-Méloir-des-Ondes. This one takes place on 1/12/18 and 2/12/18. Here you’ll enjoy deliciously seasonal pumpkin soup, a range of cakes and other on-the-spot snacks.
If you’re up for a bit of a road trip, a 2-hour car ride from St Malo port will take you to Brest’s Marché de Noël. A set-up of around 45 different chalets each selling different Christmas-themed items will keep you busy for hours. It’s easy to get enchanted by the magical atmosphere the 20 chalets create at the Rennes market.
