The purpose of this role is to ensure that our passengers are kept safe at all times, including in an emergency. Other responsibilities include welcoming and assisting passengers, ensuring that the ship is kept clean and tidy at all times and serving passengers in the onboard shop, café, bars and Club Class Lounge.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and will be able to work effectively under pressure as part of a fun and energising team. You will need to be able to manage your time effectively and have a flexible and adaptable approach. Experience in a customer facing role is essential, and experience within the retail or food & beverage industry would be beneficial.
The intended location for this role is onboard the Liberation although you may be required to work onboard other vessels if needed.
