The purpose of this role is to deliver the highest level of customer service skills at all times and to ensure a positive customer experience for our passengers.
Some of the Key Responsibilities for this role include:
The successful candidate will have previous customer service experience, including excellent communication skills – both verbal and written. They will be a strong team player and have relevant computer skills.
The intended location for this role is Guernsey.
To work in Guernsey, applicants must hold a Permit or Certificate issued by the Population Management Office.
