The purpose of this role is to assist the Café with the efficient running of Harry Rocks Café and Snack Bar. This will include all aspects of the café operation including equipment & facilities, Health & Safety, customer care and administration.

Some of the Key Responsibilities for this role include:

• To set and maintain the highest standards of customer service in the café
• Ensure a high standard of cleanliness at all times
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and safe systems of work
• Ensure the safe operation of the café and use equipment in a safe manner
• Ensure all administration, documentation, logs and records are compiled, updated and stored as per company procedures

The successful candidate will have a Food Hygiene qualification and have experience of working within a café environment with cash handling. They will have excellent customer service skills and have the ability to work under pressure. They will be able to remain calm in stressful situations.
