Please note that any person or vehicle travelling for business or commercial venture, carrying commercial goods/samples will need to book via our freight teams and do not qualify for leisure fares. In addition, if the vehicle being taken is designed for the carriage of commercial goods it shall be reserved as freight regardless of its dimensions. Frequent Traveller ClubTerms & Conditions

  1. Members must always be the named person on the booking and must be travelling. Only one vehicle (and either a caravan or a trailer - where applicable) plus up to 8 passengers can qualify for discount on a single membership. No passengers on foot can be added to take this above that number. FTC members who are travelling on foot, may receive discount for the member plus up to 8 others (i.e. 9 in total). If the booking is amended so that the member is not travelling the discount no longer applies and travel will be charged at the prevailing public price.

  2. The FTC scheme is closed to new members. In the event a membership lapses, the customer will not be eligible to re-join the scheme

  3. Photographic identification must be carried by members whilst travelling, and should be produced on request at check in or during travel. Failure to produce satisfactory identification may result in the membership discount being withdrawn, or in Condor Ferries sole discretion, termination of membership as outlined in clause 8 below.

  4. Members must book direct with Condor Ferries either by the Company's website by logging in to their account or by telephone, or at the port quoting their current membership number or user name which is valid both at the time of booking and on the date of the journey booked. Future bookings past membership expiry can continue to be made however a valid loyalty scheme membership must be on the customer record at the time of travel otherwise Condor’s standard terms and conditions will apply.

  5. Persons purchasing an Adult over 60 membership will be asked to provide satisfactory proof of age before the purchase is complete and/or when travelling.

  6. FTC discounts apply to new bookings only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or membership scheme unless otherwise permitted.

  7. On expiry, Condor Ferries conditions of carriage will apply, discount will be removed and amendment / cancellation policy will apply.

  8. Condor Ferries reserve the right to terminate membership without redress, should there be any reason to suspect abuse by member(s).

  9. FTC Members will be subject to these conditions and Condor Ferries Conditions of Carriage of Passengers, their Accompanied Luggage and Accompanied Vehicles by Sea as well as any special rules concerning membership.

  10. Condor Ferries reserves the right to change, limit, modify or cancel FTC membership Terms and Conditions (including the value of discount/rewards awarded), regulations, benefits, conditions of membership, in whole or part at any time. You will be bound by any such changes.

  11. Any changes in these Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately unless otherwise stated. A notice that a change has been made will be placed on the web site for a reasonable period of time. Condor Ferries will attempt to notify active members of major membership changes, but will not be liable for failure to do so, and all members will nevertheless be bound.

  12. Interpretation of these Terms & Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Condor Ferries. Condor Ferries reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change these Terms and Conditions or any rules related to FTC membership at its sole discretion, with or without notice

  13. Discounts do not apply to day trip bookings, car hire/freight bookings or tours. The FTC membership is not applicable for commercial use.
