We report regularly on our punctuality and reliability. The chart shows the % of arrivals within 30 minutes of their scheduled arrival time. This is updated every quarter. We provide an update of our service punctuality for all our routes, these can be downloaded below.

Percentage of arrivals within 30 mins of scheduled arrival time

It occasionally becomes necessary to re-schedule services for a variety of reasons. This may be because the forecast weather conditions exceed our operational limits, or as a result of technical problems, or to accommodate exceptional traffic, such as cultural and sporting events in the islands, which are notified after the schedule has been published.

Across the course of a year, all these factors will cause schedules to be amended. Each quarter, we provide an update of our service punctuality for all our routes, which can be downloaded below.
