ContingencyPlanning 2018-19

To ensure the safety of our passengers and crew, all of our ships need regular maintenance as well as re-certification (similar to an MOT).

To ensure the safety of our passengers and crew, all of our ships need regular maintenance as well as re-certification (similar to an MOT). This has to be done in dry dock, which means every ship needs to be taken out of service from time to time, to carry out these checks and any work that’s necessary.

Every year we will dry dock one of our high-speed ferries before Christmas and the other one after, and will plan our schedules to minimise disruption for our travellers – see downloadable plan below.
