Onboard Seating

Travelling with Condor Ferries, you will be given a choice of seating options. We provide comfortable guaranteed pre-assigned seating on all our sailings. With the option to upgrade to reclining or Club Class seats. A cabin is also an option on the Clipper. To ensure you make the right choice, we have outlined the options below.

Club Class - add a touch of class to your crossing

Standard Seating

Our Standard SeatsComfortable, guaranteed, pre-assigned seating is provided on all our sailings, with a choice of lower or upper deck seating.

All the seating onboard provides good access to all the facilities - Cafeteria, Duty Free Shop, Bureau de Change etc. For passengers of limited mobility, disabled lifts provide access to and from the car decks, plus on our fast ferries, easy-to-use internal lifts provide access to toilet facilities, baby changing and the children's room.

Reclining Seats

Our comfortable Reclining Seats Relaxing reclining seats are available for a small supplement. These comfortable recliners can be booked in advance, or you can upgrade onboard (subject to availability) with the Cabin Manager.

When travelling overnight on the Commodore Clipper, from the Channel Islands to Portsmouth, reclining seats are mandatory when booking. On the Southbound day time crossing the relaxing reclining seats are optional and available for a small supplement when booking or you can upgrade onboard.

Supplements on reclining seats apply to children of all ages including 4 year olds and under.

Cabins

Cabins on the ClipperComfortable cabins are available on the Clipper conventional ferry at an additional charge; please ask for details prior to booking. There are 2, 3 or 4 berth cabins available, all offering ensuite facilities. 2 of our 40 cabins available are designed to accommodate wheelchair users. The disabled cabins accommodate a maximum of two persons and offer access to a shared ensuite with an adapted washing and lavatory facility which is lockable to ensure your privacy. Passengers can upgrade to a Superior Cabin which is forward facing with larger windows. With a superior interior finish, superior cabins include a complimentary bowl of fruit, bottle of water and additional linen and pillows.

Cabins are very popular on the overnight crossing from the Channel Islands to Portsmouth and it is therefore recommended that you book a cabin on-line when making your reservation. Those passengers travelling overnight in a cabin are entitled to a breakfast voucher allowing them to a complimentary breakfast. View Complimentary Cabin breakfast menu.

Cabin numbers are assigned when you collect your key from the Cabin Manager’s desk on boarding the vessel. Please ensure when selecting cabins, that you only select a relevant sized cabin for your party (select only one 2 berth cabin for a maximum of 2 people).

Passports

passportsIf you are travelling between the UK and the Channel Islands, then your passport is not needed. But don't forget you'll need a valid passport for travel to and from France.

Passengers travelling to and from St. Malo must ensure that their passport(s) is available for inspection and the correct and valid documentation is being carried. Visas are required by some non EEC nationals.
