Check In Times

Condor Ferries use a 24-hour clock so please bear this in mind when checking times. All departure times stated are local. The UK and Channel Islands are on the same time zone (GMT). France is 1 hour ahead of GMT.

Check In - Motorists

Please arrive no later than 1 hour before departure time shown on your confirmation.

Check In - Guest On Foot

Please arrive no later than 40 minutes before departure time shown on your confirmation.
Unfortunately, if you arrive later than the minimum check-in time before sailing we cannot guarantee boarding.

Passports

passportsIf you are travelling between the UK and the Channel Islands, then your passport is not needed. But don't forget you'll need a valid passport for travel to and from France.

Guests travelling to and from St. Malo must ensure that their passport(s) is available for inspection and the correct and valid documentation is being carried. Visas are required by some non EEC nationals.
