Condor Ferries back campaign to get Jersey on the weather map
Condor Ferries is supporting a campaign to get the Channel Island of Jersey featured consistently on the nationwide weather forecasts.
Condor operates a fleet of fast ferries to the Channel Islands of Jersey and Guernsey and a conventional ferry from Portsmouth.
The campaign, which is being organised by Jersey Tourism, coincides with the start of the busy tourist season in high summer to also bring awareness to those holidaying in Jersey.

Guernsey ambulance vehicle turns firefighter in Kosovo
Condor Ferries is helping a Guernsey 4x4 ambulance vehicle to become a firefighting vehicle in Kosovo.
The Isuzu Trooper 4x4 emergency vehicle, now out of service in the island, was purchased by the local charity the Ambulance Relocation Trust. The vehicle has been acquired by Rotary District 1290's Overseas Project Team, based in Cornwall, to get the vehicle into service in the Balkans. Condor Ferries provided transport for the vehicle onboard the fast ferry to Poole.

Condor Ferries backing F1 Champ's charity cycle challenge
Former Formula One World Champion, Nigel Mansell, paid a flying visit to the bridge of Condor Ferries' fast ferry to St Malo recently.
Whilst onboard the hgih speed wave piercing catamaran, which has a service speed of close to 40 knots, the race ace visited the bridge and met Captain Peter Aldous and spent a short time at the helm of the fast ferry.

Commodore Clipper returns to service
The freight and passenger ferry Commodore Clipper has returned to service between the UK and the Channel Islands this weekend.
Condor Ferries has brought the ship back into service little more than two weeks after a fire was detected onboard early in the morning of Wednesday 16 June while the ferry was on its way to Portsmouth from Jersey.
