FTC Receptions - Summary of Questions

Two very productive receptions were held in Guernsey and Jersey this week, whereby our Frequent Traveller Club members were able to meet with Condor CEO, James Fulford. The level of response to our invitation to attend was rather unexpected, and as a result the venues weren’t the most suitable and nor were we able to source a PA system – we’ll certainly ensure that this is rectified next time and we hope that it didn’t detract too much from the rest of the event. We really enjoyed hearing your feedback, critiscisms and compliments and we’re going to look to do more of these events in the future.

Some valuable feedback was received which will be used so that we may continue to improve our services. A summary of the comments and questions received from both events can be found below, complete with responses from James.

Some of these changes will take longer than others but next time we meet up we will put up a “ you said..., we did...” to show progress.
