Motorhomes to make maiden voyage to Guernsey

Motorhome owners will be able to travel to the beautiful Channel Island of Guernsey for the first time this summer, as the Vaugrat and Fauxquet Valley campsites open their doors to motorhomes for overnight stays.

Previously off limits to visitors travelling with their motorhome, Guernsey is an ideal holiday destination, with its mix of stunning scenery, beautiful beaches and vibrant harbour-side shops and restaurants. Motorhome owners will now be able to sample these delights and more, with permission to cross the channel and stay on the island granted by island authorities. Condor Ferries will be welcoming them aboard from March 2011.
