Frequent Traveller Club - Terms & Conditions

1. Members (or if applicable members' spouse, family or corporate colleagues) must always be the named person on the booking and must be travelling. For individual members, only one car (and either caravan or trailer - where applicable) plus up to 9 passengers can qualify for discount on a single membership. No foot passengers can be added to take this above that number. Frequent Travellers who are travelling on foot, may receive discount for the member plus up to 8 others (i.e. 9 in total).
2. Photographic identification must be carried by members when travelling, and should be produced on request at check in or during travel. Failure to produce satisfactory identification may result in the levy of an excess equal to the full fare, or in Condor Ferries sole discretion, termination of membership as outlined in 6 below.
3. Members must book direct with Condor Ferries either by the Company's website condorferries.com, by telephone, or at the port, quoting their current membership number or user name which is valid both at the time of booking and date of journey booked.
4. Spouse/partner/family/corporate membership applications must all be received at the same time or incur the cost of a full year's individual membership.
5. Frequent Traveller Club discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any special offer or membership scheme unless stated otherwise.
6. Condor Ferries reserve the right to terminate membership without redress, should there be any reason to suspect abuse by member(s).
7. Frequent Traveller Club Members will be subject to Condor Ferries Standard Terms and Conditions as well as any special rules concerning membership.
8. All travel using Frequent Traveller Club benefits must be within the validity of the membership.
9. Condor Ferries reserves the right to change, limit, modify or cancel Frequent Traveller Club membership Terms and Conditions (including the value of discount/rewards awarded), regulations, benefits, conditions of membership, in whole or part at any time. You will be bound by any such changes.
10. Any changes in Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately unless otherwise stated. A notice that a change has been made will be placed on the web site for a reasonable period of time. Any changes to any printed version of the Terms and Conditions will be included at the next reprinting opportunity as determined by Condor Ferries. Condor Ferries will attempt to notify active members of major membership changes, but will not be liable for failure to do so, and all members will nevertheless be bound.
11. Interpretations of Membership Terms & Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Condor Ferries. Condor Ferries reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change these Terms and Conditions or any rules related to the membership at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
12. Discounts do not apply to day excursions with a car, car hire/freight bookings.
