Frequent Traveller Club

In March 2016 we announced that the existing Frequent Traveller Club would be closing towards the end of this year. The research to help us shape the potential new loyalty scheme and its future benefits has now been completed. Over the coming months, we will be using your feedback to help us shape the new potential loyalty scheme to ensure it rewards all our customers. Work will continue into the New Year, to develop a scheme which meets the needs of our customers and we hope to be able to share this with you at the start of 2017.
The Frequent Traveller Club Membership has been extended to allow existing members to continue to receive 15% discount on qualifying bookings (the scheme is closed to new members). The latest update to our members can be downloaded here

Interim Membership Costs
As we transition from the Frequent Traveller Club to a new scheme we have introduced an interim membership. This membership is valid for those members whose membership expired within 30 days of renewal, or is due to expire in the coming months.

How to make a Booking
To make a booking simply enter your sailing choices and follow the instructions. On joining you will have supplied us with an e-mail address and we will have emailed you a temporary password which you can amend within the Manage My Account section online. If you have any difficulties please take a look at our FAQ’s section.
When do I see my Discount?
The discount you are entitled to will be displayed once you have logged into your account within the 'Your Details' section of the booking. This amount will then be deducted from your booking.
My Discount doesn’t show up
Your membership may have expired, it's quick and easy to renew online. If you have lost your user name or password please contact our team on 0345 609 1024 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I claim a refund of the amendment fees I have been charged?
*You can now amend your bookings online free of charge 7 days or more before your first departure. Frequent Traveller Club Members can claim for a refund of all amendment fees charged online, over the phone or at the port until the end of 2016 calendar year. To receive your refund, please email email@example.com with your booking reference and our dedicated team will organise a refund within 14 days.
From 1 January 2017, Frequent Traveller Club members will no longer receive free booking amendments and will no longer be entitled to claim a refund for fees charged for amending their booking online, over the phone or at the port. Members can continue to claim a refund for booking amendments made up to and including 31 December 2016, however after this date amendments will be charged at the prevailing rate.
