Frequent Traveller Club
Updated 13 March 2017
We announced last year that the Frequent Traveller Club (FTC) was to close at the end of 2016.
Over the following months we conducted research, embarked on a consultation and around 1,000 members completed a survey, offering their views and thoughts on a replacement loyalty scheme.
We value your feedback
We have decided to retain the current Frequent Traveller Club for the time being. Work on developing the new planned loyalty scheme has been put on hold to allow the company to continue its focus on maintaining the strong improvements in service reliability and customer service. With effect from today, 13 March, the FTC is being reinstated as an annual membership scheme for existing members.
From the feedback received, it was evident that the existing FTC members wanted to keep the current scheme.
What does this mean?
The key points are as follows:
- Benefits – 15% discount on all routes excluding day trips, 15% discount on cabins and seat upgrades, advanced notification of special offers prior to public release.
- Existing members – If you are a member now you can continue to renew your membership by completing this form. The scheme is not available to new members, also if your membership lapses you will not be able to renew. If you had an active membership on 1 March 2016 and wish to re-join, you can do so by completing this form by 30 April 2017. Requests to re-join the scheme received after this date will not be renewed.
- Our annual membership fees can be found below and the latest terms and conditions can be viewed here.
New loyalty programme
It is our future intention to replace the FTC with a new rewards scheme that offers benefits to all passengers across the whole of our route network.
This, however, is a major project that will require considerable investment in people and resources and also represents a big change for passengers.
Much of the preparatory work has been undertaken including software development so we will review the potential to launch ‘Condor Rewards’ within the next 12 months.
Thank you for your patience whilst we have explored the future of our loyalty schemes and we look forward to you re-joining the FTC and seeing you on-board again soon.
